The fair&good team have all had personal encounters that opened our eyes to the harsh reality behind today’s global market.

Susan’s expansive career in academia and not-for-profit governance has included visiting underpaid factory workers in the developing world and hosting two ethical trade conferences.
Following Sarah's travels to South Asia and the Pacific, which introduced her to the lives of workers in the developing world, Sarah struggled as a consumer to easily find brands which matched her values.
After feeling unfulfilled by the toxic culture and demands of the advertising industry, Prasanna now uses her marketing skills for social good.
